- Aug 29, 2012 Once done. Rename it to - Commandline.TXT and save it. Start GTA IV, I bet you will get Boost of around 10-15 Frames per second. Note: You can Change the Settings for Resolution by Replacing the numbers from the commandline, Change 600 to 800 and 400 to 600, Select any Resolution as per your need.
